- 1 gal. chopped cabbage
- 1 1/2 gal. chopped green tomatoes
- 1/4 c. hot peppers
- 1 qt. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 lb. sugar
- 1 gal. vinegar
Directions

1Soak cabbage and tomatoes in salt overnight.

2Press out salt water.

3Mix vinegar, sugar and mustard.

4Combine with cabbage mixture and cook until done.

5Can in pint jars and seal.
