Ingredients

  • 5 c. warm water
  • 4 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. honey or sorghum
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. cracked wheat
  • 2 Tbsp. lecithin
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. rice polish
  • 4 c. wheat flour
  • 4 to 5 c. white flour

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except 3 cups white flour and wheat flour.

    Let rise until bubbly.

    Add wheat flour and enough white flour to make smooth stiff dough.

    Make into loaves and let rise. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
