- 5 c. warm water
- 4 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. honey or sorghum
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. cracked wheat
- 2 Tbsp. lecithin
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. flaxmeal
- 2 Tbsp. rice polish
- 4 c. wheat flour
- 4 to 5 c. white flour
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except 3 cups white flour and wheat flour.

2Let rise until bubbly.

3Add wheat flour and enough white flour to make smooth stiff dough.

4Make into loaves and let rise. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
