- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 medium onions or instant onion flakes
- 1 red or green pepper (optional)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can whole grain corn or 1 can green peas
- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1/2 to 2/3 lb. grated American cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onions until done (can add pepper).

2Add soups and corn or peas.

3Mix well.

4Cook noodles in boiling water until tender.

5Drain and blanch; add to meat mixture.

6Grease large baking dish (12 x 18-inch).

7Pour in mixture.

8Cover with cheese. Bake in 350° oven until hot and bubbly.
