- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- a few slices green pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 cans each: tomatoes and kidney beans
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
Directions

1Brown hamburger with onions and pepper.

2Pour off any excess juice.

3Add celery, tomatoes and kidney beans.

4Cook slowly for 30 minutes or more.

5Simmer on low for 30 minutes longer.

6Then add chili powder.
