John'S Festive Casserole

Directions

   Crumble and brown ground beef and onion; drain.

   Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Drain green beans and layer on top. Drain carrots and layer next.

   By spoonfuls, drop on 1 can tomato soup.

   Spread mashed potatoes on top.

   Drop by spoonfuls, second can of soup on top of potatoes.

   Spread cheese on top.

   Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
