John'S Plum Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 8 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 8 purple plums, halved, pitted and quartered
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1 can frozen limeade or 1 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut a 1-inch piece of trimmed fat from pork chops.

2Put in a large skillet.

3Brown chops and remove stuffing.

4Add onion to drippings in skillet until soft.

5Stir in bread crumbs, plums, salt, pumpkin spice and 1/3 cup of lime juice.

6Stir lightly.

7Put in baking dish pork chops and cover with stuffing.

8Cover with aluminum foil.

9Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.
