  • 1/2 peck red bell peppers
  • 1/2 peck red (hot-mild) peppers
  • 1 c. vinegar to start blender
  • 1/2 c. sugar each qt.
  • 1/2 tsp. salt each qt.

Directions

    Blend peppers only (with vinegar).

    Keep using juice as blending.

    Place in saucepan and cook until thick. Add sugar, salt and can in quarts.
