- 1 lb. grated cheese (Jack)
- 1 can diced chilies
- 4 eggs
- 1 medium size can stewed tomatoes, drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Butter a deep casserole; make layers of cheeses and chilies.

3Separate eggs.

4Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and fold into egg whites.

5Gently pour the egg mixture over the cheeses and chilies.

6Bake for 1/2 hour.

7Add drained tomatoes, pushing them down with a fork.

8Bake for another half hour.
