Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can each: cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom and cream of tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato puree
  • 1 large pkg. noodles
  • 1 c. sliced olives
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Brown first 4 ingredients in a large skillet; add soups and tomato puree.

    Cook noodles as directed; drain.

    Add to soup mixture. Pour into 2 baking dishes.

    Top with cheese and olives. Freezes good and is good leftover.

    Serve with garlic toast and salad.
