- 6 medium onions, cut fine
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 can tomato juice
Directions

1Fry pork and onions in shortening.

2Stir constantly.

3Boil egg noodles in salt water; drain.

4Add to pork and onion mixture.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Turn into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake in moderate oven for about an hour.
