- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet with onions and green pepper until tender and well done.

2Drain and put into a 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.

3Add soups and 1 cup cheese to meat.

4Cook the noodles in boiling water until done.

5Drain; add to the meat mixture.

6Top with 1/2 cup cheese.

7Put in a 350° oven for 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
