- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 14 cup pecans, toasted
- 14 cup raisins
Directions

1Chop Cheddar finely in food processor.

2Add butter and cognac and process until smooth.

3Stir in by hand pecans and raisins.

4Spread in mini crock (or other decorative dish) and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

5Serve with breadsticks, crackers, French bread, apple or pears, or raw vegetables.
