- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1/2 to 1 can green peas, drained
- 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 or 8 slices American cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.

2Drain and add the rest of ingredients, except cheese.

3Simmer until everything is hot.

4Add slices of American cheese on top and simmer until cheese is melted.
