- 1 x graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pound cottage cheese samll curd
- 16 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pint sour cream
- 13 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Grease 9 inch spring form pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs.

2Sieve cottage cheese into bowl, add soft cream cheese and beat on high speed until well blended and creamy.

3Beating at high speed add sugar, then eggs, Reduce to med speed and add corn starch, lemon and vanilla.

4Beat until well Blended.

5Add melted butter(or marg) and sour cream.

6Beat until smooth.

7Pour into Pan.

8Bake in 325F (160C) oven about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

9Or until firm around edges.

10Turn off oven and let cake stay in oven for 2 hours.

11Remove and cool completely on wire rake.

12Chill before removing side of pan.
