- 1/2 pt. plain yogurt
- 1 bottle concentrated lemon juice
- 1 tube saffron
- chicken pieces
Directions

1Grate the onions, keeping the juice.

2Mix the onions with the lemon juice and the yogurt in a shallow pan.

3Mixture should be deep enough to half cover chicken pieces.

4Marinate chicken for several hours or in the refrigerator overnight.

5Chicken should be turned over halfway through the marinating period.
