- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. oil or soft shortening
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Add oil, sugar, eggs and 4 cups flour and salt.

3Stir until smooth.

4Stir in rest of flour.

5Will be a soft dough.

6Put in greased large bowl with lid.

7Store in refrigerator and use as needed.

8Will keep several days.

9Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
