  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Cream: Sweet (Heavy Or Whipping) Or Sour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (I Add An Extra Pinch Or Two If Using Sweet Cream)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar (only If Using Sour Cream)

    Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Don't work the dough much, only until just combined.

    Cut thick (I rarely use a rolling pin-I usually just pat the dough out with my hands). The number of biscuits this recipe makes is relative to how thick you cut them.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the biscuits comes out clean.
