- 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp curd
- 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ghee or butter
Directions

1In a large bowl pour half cup warm water add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon yeast.

2After 10 minutes, the water will look frothy, add 1 beaten egg, salt, sugar, curd and milk.

3Then slowly add the flour and knead for 8 to 10 minutes.

4add ghee or butter and knead until soft..

5Place in a well oiled bowl and cover with a damp muslin cloth and let it rise for an hour.

6After an hour, punch down the dough and make golf sized Balls and keep it in a tray and leave for 30 minutes.

7cover with the damp cloth.

8Now preheat the skillet and add minced garlic to the balls( optional) roll it super thin and put in skillet( u can cut it into triangle If u wish) close with a lid and leave for 2 minutes.

9After 2 minutes, there ll be bubbles on the Naan.

10Apply butter on the uncooked side n overturn.

11Use only medium heat.Leave for 2 minutes and remove from skillet.

12Serve with Gravy or eat alone...
