  • 1/2 cup rice cooked
  • 1 each beef, t-bone steak cooked
  • 1 x tomato slice as needed
  • 1 x onions sliced, as needed
  • 1 x lettuce as needed

Directions

    Mix well cooked black bean and rice in a small bowl.

    Arrange rice and bean mixture on a plate.

    Set cooked T-bone steak beside rice mixture or on top.

    Put a few slices of tomato, onions and lettuce on the plate.
