  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 can (any size) pineapple chunks, drain
  • 1 can (any size) Bing cherries, drain
  • 1 can (any size) peaches, sliced and drained
  • 1 can (any size) pears, drain
  • 1 can (any size) apricot halves, drain
  • 1 jar (any size) maraschino cherries, undrained

    Make your sauce.

    Layer drained fruit.

    Cover with sauce.

    Let set in refrigerator overnight.

    Pour maraschino cherries with juice on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    This is great warmed over.
