- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushroom pieces and stems
Directions

1Cut away all fat and membrane.

2Place roast in slow cooker with 2 cups water; add remaining ingredients.

3Cook until meat falls apart.

4Makes great sandwiches served with marinated coleslaw on sesame buns.

5If desired as a main dish, shorten cooking time and add one envelope brown gravy mix.

6Slice and serve gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
