- 1 square unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 cup natural-style crunchy peanut butter
- 595 g brown rice syrup
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups vanilla protein powder
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl except for the protein powder and oats.

2Microwave in one minute increments stirring until combined.

3add protein powder and stir to combine.

4add in oats and stir to combine.

5Spray oil on a cookie sheet and spread mixture out evenly.

6Top with foil and place in fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
