  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce, tamari
  • 1/4 cup apples chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped

  • 2 tablespoons pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons currants
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ toasted
