- 1 large fryer, cooked (save broth)
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can biscuits (not buttermilk, 10)
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients with mayonnaise.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Add chopped chicken.

4Mix well.

5Roll biscuits thin.

6Fill with chicken mixture.

7Fold over like tarts.

8Make all 10 before putting into broth.

9Mix broth and soup; bring to boil.

10Put all pies in at once.

11Let broth cover them and boil 5 minutes.

12Take up with spatula and cover with gravy.
