- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter.

2Cook sausage in drippings.

3Remove and drain on paper towel.

4Repeat with ham and vegetables.

5Mix together and add seasonings.

6Add broth and tomatoes.

7Bring to a boil and add rice.

8Bake, covered, one hour until liquid is absorbed.
