- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Mix yeast and warm water and set aside.

2Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

3Mix Bisquick and cold water; add yeast and let set for 10 minutes.

4Divide dough into 4 parts.

5Pat each part into 4 x 12-inch strip, on a floured board.

6Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/4 sugar/cinnamon.

7Roll up and cut into 1-inch pieces.

8Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

9Repeat with other pieces.

10Let stand 10 minutes.

11Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
