- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup toasted muesli
- Topping
- dark chocolate, melted
Directions

1Line the base and sides of a shallow 30 cm x 18 cm baking .

2Add peanut butter, honey and butter to a pan and cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth.

3Place rice bubbles and muesli into a bowl.

4Add peanut butter mixture.

5Mix well and press evenly into lined tin.

6Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until set.

7Cut into pieces to serve.
