- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 3 strips bacon (uncooked), sliced julienne style
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In medium-large frying pan add oil and bacon; cook over medium-high until bacon is half cooked, then add fresh green beans and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes.

2Add garlic salt and soy sauce; stir-fry for 3 to 4 more minutes.

3After 8 to 12 minutes, beans are ready to be served.
