  • 1 package (2 1/2 Lb) Skin On, Bone In Chicken Pieces
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil For Browning
  • 1/2 cups Water

Directions

    Season chicken well (on both sides) with seasoned salt and fresh ground black pepper.

    Dont be stingy with seasoning!

    Dip chicken pieces in flour, covering both sides.

    Shake off excess.

    Heat olive oil (about 2 Tbsp.)

    in skillet over medium high heat.

    Add chicken in batches just to brown (both sides).

    Place browned chicken in a 9 x 13 pan.

    Add 1/2 cup water.

    Cover.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

    Uncover, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
