  • 2 pounds Ground Chuck
  • 2 whole Onions, Medium To Large, Peeled And Diced
  • 4 Tablespoons Ground Chili Power
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper, Or To Taste
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chili, Your Favorite Brand, With Or Without Beans
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Juice, 46 Ounce

Directions

    In a large sauce pot brown ground chuck, crumbling with a fork until broken up and no longer pink.

    Drain grease.

    Add the diced onion, chili powder, salt, pepper, canned chili, canned diced tomatoes and tomato juice.

    Cook till it starts to boil then turn down heat and simmer for 45 60 minutes to thicken.

    You can add a can of kidney beans, pinto beans or chili beans when you add the other ingredients if you like beans in your chili.
