  • 3 to 4 qt. water
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry
  • 3 lb. shrimp, peeled
  • 1 lb. crab, canned or fresh
  • 1/2 pt. oysters
