  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 14 cup Splenda granular
  • 14 cup sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • cinnamon

Directions

    *Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.

    *Shake or stir eggnog well to blend before serving.
