- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- buttermilk (to dip chicken in)
Directions

1Dip chicken in buttermilk.

2Let set while you mix the other ingredients.

3Then in a shaker bag, shake chicken and flour mixture until well coated.

4Spray a baking dish with Pam and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done.

5You may need to broil for 2 to 3 minutes when done.

6This leaves a crispy crust just like frying, but it has no oil.
