  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Mix and bring to boil.

    Put meat in and soak overnight and then grill, or just use as barbecue sauce.

    Will tenderize tougher meats.
