- 1 cup cornmeal
- 5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 50 g butter
- 100 g feta cheese
Directions

1Mix the corn meal in cold water and bring the water to boil. Stir continuously.

2Cook it for about 5 minutes and add the salt, butter, paprika and chili powder. Cook it for another 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.

3Serve in plates and crumble the feta cheese on top of it. It is best to have it warm.
