  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pt. lukewarm water
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raisins

    Set aside the dough until it doubles in bulk.

    After kneading, turn dough onto a floured board, roll out and put on a large baking sheet.
