  • 2 oz. instant coffee
  • 5th Bourbon or Vodka
  • 2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise

    Make simple syrup by boiling sugar and water for 5 minutes. While hot; add instant coffee.

    Let cool.

    Put into gallon jug. Add liquor and vanilla beans.

    Let stand 2 weeks.

    Keep vanilla beans and add 1 fresh bean for next brew.
