  • Cake:
  • 1 c Shortening
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Cocoa
  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 1/2 c Flour
  • 2 tsps Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • dash Salt
  • 1 c Hot water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Frosting:
  • 2 c Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c Cocoa
  • 3 tbsps Margarine
  • a few drops of Water
  • Fresh Raspberries

Directions

    Mix all cake ingredients. Bake at 350 F. For 45 minutes. Can be baked in 1-9x13 pan or layer pans.

    Let cool and top with frosting and Raspberries.
