  • 4 ounces, fluid Instant Coffee Or Espresso
  • 4 cups Boiling Water
  • 7 cups Sugar
  • 1 pint Brandy
  • 1 bottle (A Fifth, Or 750ml) Vodka
  • 2 whole Vanilla Beans ( Cut Down One Side )

    Boil water with coffee, then add sugar one cup at a time. Make sure sugar is dissolved. Then remove from stove and add liquors. Cool completely. Then add sliced vanilla beans into a gallon jar with the mixture. Store for one month, stirring about once every five days. After the month is over, Kahlua is ready to drink.
