- 1 whole fryer or possibly 8 leg quarters
- 1 can tomato puree
- 4 ounce. onion
- 4 ounce. celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Cut up chicken.

2Add in chicken, onion, celery, salt, and pepper to boiling water.

3Boil chicken till tender.

4When chicken is ready, remove from water.

5Place in oblong casserole or possibly pan.

6Add in tomato puree.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.

8Serve with biscuits.
