  • 1 whole fryer or possibly 8 leg quarters
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 4 ounce. onion
  • 4 ounce. celery
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Cut up chicken.

    Add in chicken, onion, celery, salt, and pepper to boiling water.

    Boil chicken till tender.

    When chicken is ready, remove from water.

    Place in oblong casserole or possibly pan.

    Add in tomato puree.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.

    Serve with biscuits.
