Directions

   Bring water and sugar to a rolling boil.

   Remove from heat.

   Add instant coffee.

   Stir well to dissolve completely.

   Let cool until lukewarm.

   Add vodka and vanilla.

   Stir well; bottle in brown bottles.

   Let stand for 2 weeks.
