Directions

   Mix sugar, water and instant coffee well.

   Simmer for one hour. Cool slightly.

   Add vodka and vanilla.

   Stir well.

   Pour into dark bottles and cap.

   Keep in cool dark place.

   Delicious.

   May use the same day made.

   Best when allowed to mellow for few weeks.

    Need 2 to 3 bottles.
