- 3 c. sugar
- 8 Tbsp. Folger's instant coffee
- 1 pt. or 2 c. vodka (brandy may be used)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put water, sugar and coffee in a saucepan on low heat. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Stir off and on. Do not boil. Let cool. Skim foam off top. Then add vodka and vanilla. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
