  • 10 heaping Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. instant vanilla
  • 1/2 gal. 110 proof vodka

Directions

    Mix water, coffee and sugar in a large pot.

    Bring to full boil for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla and vodka. Let cool.

    Then bottle.

    Let sit for 24 hours before using.

    Makes 1 1/4 gallons.
