- 4 medium yams, cooked, or 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can yams
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
Directions

1Cut yams in serving sized pieces.

2In heavy skillet, melt butter with sugar.

3Add Kahlua; cook 1 minute.

4Add yams.
-
5Turn until brown on all sides.

6Cover, reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes.

7Turn yams once more before serving.
