- 2 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Kahlua
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. cashews
Directions

1In a shallow pan, keep popped corn warm in low oven.

2Bring sugar, Kahlua and vinegar to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

3Add butter.

4Insert candy thermometer and cook to hard crack stage (300°).

5Pour over warmed, popped corn and stir to coat evenly.

6Add nuts.

7Cool and store in airtight container in cool place.
