  • 1 box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • 2 (8 oz.) chocolate crumb pie crusts

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; refrigerate until partially set.

    Cream cream cheese and sugar together.

    Add Jell-O to cheese mixture.

    Whip the cream; add the Kahlua and whipped cream, folding into the cheese-Jell-O mixture.

    Spoon carefully into a chocolate crumb crust.
