Kahlua(Makes 5 Cups)

Directions

   Combine sugar, water and instant coffee in saucepan.

   Boil slowly until syrupy, about 10 minutes.

   Cool.

   Add vodka and vanilla bean.

   Pour into jar(s).

   Age at least 3 weeks in a cool, dark place.
