- 5 eggs
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
- 1 tsp (5 ml). lemon zest
- 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Cream the sugar and eggs in a mixer until lemon colored and thick.

2Sift flour with salt and add to egg mixture.

3Add the butter, zest and vanilla.

4Butter and lightly flour Madeleine molds.

5Fill with batter and bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.

6Verify color.

7Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
