  • 12 cup Kahlua
  • 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 14 cup milk or 14 cup heavy cream
  • 23 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Line cupcake tin with liners.

    In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

    Mix in half of the flour mixture, then add liquids, then the remaining flour mixture.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Distribute batter evenly into muffin tins.

    Bake 15-18 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean.

    For frosting: combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
